Kim Whiteley is the Chief Executive Officer of the National Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Ageing and Aged Care Council (NATSIAACC). A proud Aboriginal woman from the Warramunga clan of the Wiradjuri Nation, Kim brings over 35 years of executive leadership in Aboriginal Affairs, spanning health, aged care, land rights, and community services.
Her career includes senior roles with the Remote Area Health Corps, NSW Aboriginal Land Council, and Cancer Council Australia, where she led major reforms in cultural safety and Closing the Gap priorities. Drawing on both professional and lived experience, Kim is deeply committed to ensuring Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Elders age with dignity, cultural safety, and connection to community.
