Dale is the Chief Executive of Silverchain Group, Australia’s leading in-home care provider, supporting more than 140,000 people each year. A recognised leader in large-scale organisational transformation, she is driving the modernisation of Australia’s health and aged-care sectors through innovation and strategic capability building.
Previously, Dale led the Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre, establishing it as Australia’s largest cancer centre and strengthening global research partnerships with leading institutions such as Dana-Farber, Fudan Medical Centre and MD Anderson. She also served as Chief Executive of the Royal Women’s Hospital, where she redefined the organisation’s identity and helped create Australia’s first Centre for Women’s Mental Health.
An Adjunct Professor at Monash University and Swinburne University, Dale is a former Registered Nurse and holds both business and MBA qualifications. She is a Member of the Order of Australia and an active contributor to national and international health innovation bodies.
