Akhila (“Kiki”) Puthigae, B.Pharm (Hons) is the National Medical Engagement Manager at Montu, with a professional background spanning aged care, community pharmacy, and consultant pharmacy practice across Australia and New Zealand. Formerly an Accredited Consultant Pharmacist, Kiki has extensive experience supporting medication management, polypharmacy review, and multidisciplinary care in residential aged care settings. In her current role, she leads clinician education, engagement, and governance initiatives, with a focus on evidence-based practice, regulatory compliance, and safe implementation of emerging therapies. Kiki is committed to advancing clinically rigorous, person-centred models of care that support improved outcomes for older adults and palliative populations.
